Getting started
Print a QR sticker
Each machine gets its own QR sticker. Scanning it opens a page with big buttons: Running again, and one button per stop reason. No login and no app.
Make the sticker
- Click the machine on the home page of the app.
- Under QR sticker, click New QR sticker.
- Click Print. Only the sticker prints, sized to cut out.
Print on plain paper and laminate it, or on label stock. Put it at eye level where the operator stands, away from coolant spray.
Owners and admins can make stickers. A sticker only works for its own machine.
What operators see
- Running again: the machine is back up.
- Why is it stopped?: one button per reason, in the order set under Settings → Reasons. Each reason puts the machine in its status, such as down or waiting.
- On plans with machine counts, a box to log bad parts, or good and bad parts on machines counted by hand.
Operators can fill in Your name or badge so you know who logged what. It is optional, and the phone remembers it.
Replace a sticker
If a sticker is lost or someone shares a photo of it, make a new one and click Revoke next to the old one. The old sticker stops working at once.
